This Cookie Policy explains how Omniads Media Private Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on the public website https://omniadsmedia.com/.

It describes technologies observed on that website as of 8 September 2026. It does not invent additional advertising networks, pixels, or cookie categories.

Cookie notice on this website

The site uses the WordPress plugin Cookie Notice. A banner is shown with controls labeled Ok and No. The plugin is configured to store a first-party cookie named cookie_notice_accepted for 30 days (2,592,000 seconds) after you respond. In the public HTML, both controls currently use data-cookie-set="accept", so the “No” control does not appear to be a separate reject cookie. Treat the banner as a notice plus an accept action unless the plugin settings are changed.

When we inspected the public homepage, Google Analytics / gtag scripts were present in the page even while the banner was still visible. The banner therefore records a choice; it does not currently appear to block those analytics scripts before consent. We disclose that as it is implemented, not as a claim of a fully gated consent framework.

Cookies and similar technologies we observed

1. Cookie Notice (first-party)

  • Name: cookie_notice_accepted
  • Provider: Omniads Media website (Cookie Notice plugin)
  • Purpose: remember whether the visitor accepted or dismissed the cookie banner
  • Duration: 30 days

2. Google Analytics / Google tags

The website loads Google tagging scripts, including:

  • a global site tag configured with Universal Analytics property UA-143268205-3;
  • a Google Site Kit gtag configured with GT-TWQK5H8.

Those scripts typically set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga, _gid, and related Google Analytics cookies on the website domain after they run. They are used to measure visits, pages viewed, and similar aggregate website usage. We did not observe a separate Facebook pixel or Hotjar script on the public homepage.

3. Google reCAPTCHA

Contact Form 7 loads Google reCAPTCHA v3 on pages that include the contact form. That Google script may set cookies on Google domains to distinguish people from automated abuse. It is used for form spam protection, not for campaign attribution.

4. Cloudflare script

The website loads Cloudflare Web Analytics (static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js). This is a performance / analytics beacon. The homepage HTML response we inspected did not include a Set-Cookie header from the website itself. We therefore do not list a named Cloudflare cookie as a first-party cookie of this site. Cloudflare, as the CDN in front of the site, may still apply its own network cookies on some requests; those would be Cloudflare’s, not cookies we configure in WordPress.

5. Affiliate scripts loaded in the site header

Every inspected public page loaded:

  • Skimlinks (s.skimresources.com publisher script);
  • AvantLink (classic.avantlink.com/affiliate_app_confirm.php).

Those third parties may set or read their own cookies if you interact with affiliate links or if their scripts do so in the browser. They are not Omniads Media first-party cookies. See each provider’s own policy for details.

6. WordPress and logged-in administration

If you log in to WordPress (site administrators only), WordPress may set cookies such as wordpress_test_cookie and wordpress_logged_in_*. Ordinary public visitors do not need those cookies.

7. Newsletter widget

The theme shows a “Get Updates regularly” email field. The form’s action attribute was empty when inspected, so we cannot confirm that this widget submits to Mailchimp or sets Mailchimp cookies. If that form is later connected to an email vendor, that vendor’s cookies would apply only after a working submission endpoint exists.

What this policy does not cover

Proprietary campaign tracking at click.trkanm.com and api.trkanm.com is described in Tracking Technology and the Privacy Policy. Those systems record click and conversion events on the server. They are not the same as the cookies listed above on omniadsmedia.com.

How to control cookies

You can use the cookie banner choice, and you can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies may limit our ability to understand how the public website is used. Blocking reCAPTCHA may prevent the contact form from working.
