This Privacy Policy describes how Omniads Media Private Limited (“Omniads Media”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with:

partner portals linked from that website, including partners.omniadsmedia.com; and
proprietary tracking infrastructure we operate, including click.trkanm.com for click tracking and redirect measurement, and api.trkanm.com for conversion / postback processing.

This policy replaces earlier website wording that referred to Google Transparent Click Tracker Certification or similar Google click-tracker certification. Omniads Media Private Limited does not claim that certification on this site unless it is independently verified and documented.

1. Who this policy covers

We may process information about:

visitors to omniadsmedia.com;
people who contact us through the website form or by email;
advertiser, publisher, and other business contacts who register or log in via partner portals linked from the website;
end users who click a tracked advertising link and are redirected to an advertiser-approved landing page; and
conversion events sent to us by advertisers or their systems.

End-user advertising clicks are processed for attribution, reporting, billing, and invalid-traffic / fraud prevention. We do not use that tracking stack to run a consumer social network or a public forum.

2. Information collected on the public website

Information you submit

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you send, which typically include name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or attachments.

The website theme includes a newsletter signup field. When inspected, that form had an empty submission address, so we cannot confirm that newsletter emails are collected through that widget. If you email us or use a working form, we will use that address to respond.

Like most websites, our host and security layers may record technical request data such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and referring URL in server or CDN logs. Google Analytics / gtag scripts on the site (Universal Analytics property UA-143268205-3 and Site Kit tag GT-TWQK5H8) measure website usage. Contact Form 7 uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to reduce spam. The site also loads a Cloudflare analytics beacon and third-party affiliate scripts from Skimlinks and AvantLink. Cookies used on the public website are described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Information collected through tracking infrastructure

Omniads Media Private Limited operates proprietary tracking infrastructure:

click.trkanm.com — click tracking and redirect measurement;
api.trkanm.com — conversion / postback processing;
admin.trkanm.com — internal administration only; not a public customer website.

When a valid tracked click is processed, the system may store:

a generated click ID;
campaign ID and publisher ID;
optional tracking parameters supplied on the click URL (pm1 through pm10);
Google click identifiers when present on the click URL (gclid, gbraid, wbraid);
the redirect URL, which must match an advertiser-approved destination for that campaign;
HTTP referer and user-agent when the client sends them;
a hashed IP address (not stored as a published raw IP in the click record);
tracking hostname and timestamps.

When a conversion postback is received on the API, the system may process a click ID, transaction / conversion identifier, campaign and publisher identifiers, conversion value, currency, status, and related payout fields needed to attribute that conversion. Postback access uses authorized credentials for server-to-server integrations. Those credentials are not end-user website passwords.

This tracking is used to attribute clicks and conversions, report campaign performance to advertisers and publishers, support billing and payouts, and help detect invalid or abusive traffic. It is not described here as a consumer profiling product, and we do not claim Google certification of the tracker.

Older versions of this policy listed additional tracking hostnames. This update describes the infrastructure Omniads Media Private Limited currently operates for click and conversion measurement as click.trkanm.com and api.trkanm.com. We do not treat previously listed hostnames as current public tracking endpoints in this policy unless they are confirmed in writing as still in use.

4. Partner portal accounts

If you register or log in as an advertiser or publisher on a partner portal linked from this website, that portal collects the business information you submit there (for example company name, contact name, email, phone, and website). Use of those portals is also subject to our Terms of Service and any commercial contract you sign.

5. How we use information

We use information to:

operate and improve the public website and respond to enquiries;
provide performance marketing, affiliate, and tracking services;
attribute clicks and conversions and produce campaign reporting;
prevent fraud, invalid traffic, security incidents, and abuse;
meet accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations;
communicate with business contacts about campaigns or the services they requested.

We do not sell personal information as a consumer data-brokerage product. Campaign reporting is shared with the advertiser and publisher who participate in the relevant campaign, as needed to operate that campaign.

6. Sharing

We may share information with:

the advertiser or publisher involved in a campaign, for attribution and reporting;
service providers who host the website, email, analytics, security, or payment support, under contracts that limit their use of the data;
professional advisers, and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety;
a successor in a merger, acquisition, or similar business transfer, with notice where required.

Landing pages after a redirect are operated by the advertiser or its partners. Their privacy practices apply to what they collect on those pages.

8. Retention

Website enquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable business-records period afterwards. Click and conversion records are kept for attribution, billing, dispute handling, and fraud prevention for as long as the commercial relationship and applicable law require. We do not publish a shorter deletion period here because retention depends on campaign, accounting, and legal hold needs.

9. Security

We use HTTPS on the public website and commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect tracking and website data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. admin.trkanm.com is restricted to authorized operators.

This policy does not claim that the public website processes credit-card data on an order form. Payment details for commercial campaigns, if any, are handled according to the applicable contract and payment method.

10. International processing

Omniads Media Private Limited is established in India. Information may be processed in India and in other locations where our hosting or service providers operate. If you are in a region with specific data-protection rights, you may contact us to make a request. We do not claim a formal GDPR certification on this website.

11. Children

The public website and commercial services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for those services. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email [email protected] and we will delete it where required.

12. Requests

To ask what personal information we hold about you as a business contact, to correct it, or to request deletion where the law allows, email [email protected]. We may need to verify the request and may retain information we are legally required to keep.

13. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date.
